Well a few posts ago, I stated that my little family would be moving to Tennessee when my husband ETS'ed from the Army... Well there has been a change! A good and bad change! A BIG CHANGE! Mostly good though! My husband was offered this amazing job! He will be doing what he loves! COOKING!!! He will be working for a high class country club! So now we have had to switch gears!!! We will no longer have my family to help out, unless we wanna drive 4 hours for my family or 17 hours for his family... Yes it's only 4 hours but it's 4 hours!!! LoL not like we will be living in the same town! So that's the sad hard part! However, I am still very excited.... It will still be the south, in fact we will be deeper south then my family in Tennessee! I am very much lookin' forward to living in the south! I was born a Yankee\Northerner but honestly this girl was raised Southern! I will grant it have to give up my straight hair days now.... Since the humidity will not allow my un-rule-y curly hair to go straight.. *Found that out in Hawaii!!!* Hahahahaha!!! But I have read books and southerners sound like my kind of people! I have talked to people from the south and they all say that I will fit in nicely! So this girl is so very excited to move!!! The end of May beginning of June can't get here fast enough! Right now the hubby is having to do a ton of ETS paper work! My gosh, it's crazy what they put the soldiers through to get out... Classes upon classes, physicals, paper work like you wouldn't believe... Never mind, if you know ANYTHING about the military you KNOW that there is always... ALWAYS a massive amount of paper work!!!
So at the moment trying to find out all I can about Alabama! From when to get our drivers' licenses, to registration for our car, to looking at houses to buy, getting a VA loan started, to looking at churches... *Did you know that there is a huge-a-massive amount of Church's!!?? Hahaha I'm talking like 4-5 per block!* It's going to be hard to pick one.... To little things like where the library is, how hot does it get there? Does it ever snow? What about natural disasters??? See lots and lots to find out!
Well this southern belle at heart, has got some dinner to attend to!

Home Sweet Home..... Alabama?!?!?!
