Guest Bedroom & A Little Office Space Re-Do......

Alright all! If you remember from my house tour, I refused to show you pictures of the

guest bedroom.. For good reasons.. It's not inspired and kinda boring..

But after looking at the room a few times.. Looking at pinterest I think I have come up with some good ideas! WooHoo!

First off the room as it is now:

Standing in the doorway..

The closet with my hubby's chef coats..

I love the comforter set.. So keeping it..

Blank and kinda boring wall..

Close up of the closet! Suit cases.. lots and lots of extra blankets..

Now time for the,
 Re-Do Ideas:

Want to do this to the closet.. I have an old desk that I think will work..

Just add some paint a few shelves and I will be set!

Soooo going to do this to our old computer chair!

In a fabric to match\compliment the room!

 

Love the idea of having a big map.. So then when I have guests, I can make sure they put on the map where they are from so We can see where all our guests are from.. I also am in LOVE with the old suitcases... Such a cute idea and great storage space as well!

I soooo what to have "Be Our Guest" done somewhere in the room as well...

Very fitting for a guest room..

So want to print it out and frame it...  

I am thinking of doing this window treatment. the smaller one of course..

 I really love sheer curtains!

And it's easy and cheap..

I'm also really liking the wall color in this picture!

Maybe just do this color on the window wall

and the closet wall?!

 

Good to know!!

Will be keeping these in mind as I place the finishing touches on the room..

I will be keeping the comforter set in there...

I love it too much to part with it, at the moment!
