Shawn and Megan's Kitchen

Hello All!
So I thought I would try day by day to show a little bit of our new home and new town. I was just cleaning the kitchen and thought of this idea, and thought I would start with the very clean kitchen. :-) *The pictures are down below the text!*

So as you can see we have a very "small" kitchen it's quite fun to cook together... We are always bumping into each other. I know some day that will bug me, but for now I LOVE IT!

The first three pictures are a few little things that I LOVE. The "willow tree" is a small gift my husband bought for me when I saw it and said how cute it was. *He spoils me* I thought it would go great in our kitchen.

As for the sunflower wall hanging. Well I was obsessed with Sunflowers in my early teens. And my wonderful Momma painted the sunflowers and made it for me.... Little did I know that I would dig up that obsession when I got my own home and decorate our kitchen in sunflowers. LoL...

And the kitchen aid mixer... Need I say more? I mean really? I LOVE IT! It was a birthday gift from my parents a few years ago. And it is so fun to have and use!

Since our kitchen is smaller, we have a small table as you can see, with only two chairs. Makes having, company and battle buddies over for dinner,ummm.... FUN!

Let's see funny stories of quirks our kitchen has.... Hummmm.....

Oh our microwave!!!!! Has a permanent smell of maple syrup! Shawn and I discovered that when you put a plastic bottle of maple syrup in the microwave, WITHOUT opening the cap, that it goes BOOM!!!!! And sprays maple syrup everywhere within the microwave! Yeah, to say, we have NEVER made that mistake again. And every time we open the microwave there is a faint smell of maple syrup....... That's all for now... Until next time, be safe... And remember be blessed and be a blessing!
