A Little Pink in a World of ACU's......

So after much procrastination... My hubby and I are done with the dipper bag. I bought the pattern way back when we first found out that we were pregnant. I used Simplicity 2924...



And as for the fabric, About 2 years ago I bought about 10 yards of ACU fabric.... 10 yards of that fabric is HEAVY!!! I bought it to make skirts for a group of us and t just never happened. Oh well. I'm thinking about making ACU jumpers and little girl skirts and maybe selling them on-line...*MAYBE*

Anyway... I cut it out... and my husband sat down at the sewing machine and sewed it. My husband is very talented.. He cooks, he paints, he does crafts, and he sews... sigh... if he cleaned, and could have baby's lol he wouldn't need me!




However a few extra things we did with the dipper bag, the pockets on the side of the bag are old sleeve pockets that I took off an ACU top... And the Velcro name plates I took those off the ACU top as well... So now that I am 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant we have our dipper bag. Hannah's room is done, the car seat is installed into our car... Now comes the fun part.. WAITING!!!! hahaha my husband is not to happy about this waiting he wants her out and out now... I would like her to come out I'll be honest, I want to sleep on my tummy, me able to bend over, and to not have heat burn every night... But I know I will go into labor when I am supposed to, I just pray that the Lord will give me the patience to wait...
